- Report all damages and claims within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. See Return Policy
- Note any damages on the B.O.L (Bill of Lading) at the time of delivery.
- Contact VIP with any questions regarding claims or shipments.
- 14 day return policy for damaged items.
- Damaged items that are not scheduled to be returned within 14 days of receiving may not be accepted.
- 30 day return policy for defective items.
- Defective items are items that do not perform or function the way they are intended.
- Defects do not include broken glass, damaged or bent items.
