Parcel shipments are made using FedEx Ground. 

Pallet sized orders are shipped using the most affordable common carrier. 

We strive to use the most effective and reliable shipping method possible. If you have requests in regards to shipping, please note such requests on your order or speak with one of our associates. 

Additional Shipping Fees: 

Please Note: Additional shipping charges and service fees are charged by the shipping company at the time of delivery.
Follow the below guidelines to ensure that these fees are not applied.

Residential Delivery: 

  • Orders being delivered to a residential address must be noted on the original order.

Lift Gate Needed:

  • A lift gate allows a truck driver to lower a pallet from the truck to the ground. If this service is needed it must be noted on the original sales order.
  • If a delivery is unable to be made, a re-delivery fee may be applied to your shipping cost.

Inside Delivery:

  • VIP does not cover the cost for inside delivery. 
  • If you accept or ask to have your shipment delivered inside your store or building, you are responsible for the Inside Delivery Fees. 
  • Fees for inside delivery differ by carrier and can run from $50 -$150+ per order.

Store Hours:

  • It is assumed that your business is open from 9 am to 5 pm local time (Monday - Friday)
  • Business hours outside of these times must be noted on the original order.
  • If a delivery is unable to be made due to store hours, a re-delivery fee may be applied to your shipping cost.

Q. What is my shipping going to cost?

A. Shipping is capped by each zone that it ships to and applies to back-orders. (See our Flat Rate Shipping Map)

Q. When will my order ship?

A. Orders from the shows will ship 1-2 weeks after the end of the show it was placed at. Re-orders ship within 72 hours after they are received.


Backorders

  • On average, orders ship 75-85% complete. 
  • Items not shipped with the original shipment will be processed when they become available.
  • •• Backorders under $100 will not ship until the available order dollar amount exceeds $100. 
  • •• Orders will be closed at the end of each year unless a specific ship date is given or unless requested by the customer.

Q. Do you ship outside the US?

A. Yes. We ship to destinations throughout the world. Shipments leaving the US will need special documentation and may incur additional fees and tariffs imposed by your local government. These fees are not included in the price of the product and vary from country to country. Most international shipments are handled through a broker that is familiar with your country's taxes and tariffs.
