What is Flat Rate Shipping?

Flat rate shipping uses the percentages listed and is calculated by your total order volume.

Regardless of what you order big, small, light or heavy, your shipping percentage will not change. You can always be aware of what your shipping cost will be before your shipment ever leaves the door.

As we stive to offer upfront pricing with our Flat Rate shipping, there are a few things to know when shipping that will save you money.

•• Residential Delivery: This service must be noted on the order prior to shipment
•• Lift Gate: We offer the Lift Gate service at no additional charge, but must be noted on the order prior to shipment.
•• Inside Delivery: Not covered by VIP. If you accept inside delivery from a trucking company they may charge you an additional fee. This fee is different for each carrier and it is not covered in the Flat Rate shipping percentage.

More Frequently Asked Questions

Our Standard shipping time is 1-3 days from the time we receive the order.
This does not include transit time. Transit time is determined by the carrier that is ships with and the ship to location.

Small parcel shipments are made using FedEx Ground. Pallet sized orders are shipped using the most affordable common carrier.
We strive to use the most effective and reliable shipping method possible.

VIP is not responsible for Delivery Fees that do not follow the guidelines listed below.
Please follow our shipping guidelines to ensure that you do not get charged additional fees at the time of delivery:
•• Residential Delivery: Must be noted on the order
•• Lift Gate: Must be noted on the order
•• Inside Delivery: Not covered by VIP
•• Store Hours: Other than "normal business hours" (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm): Must be noted on the order

On average, orders ship 75-85% complete. Items not shipped with the original shipment will be processed when they become available.
•• Backorders under $200 will not ship until the available order dollar amount exceeds $200. Remaining Backorders under $200 may be cancelled.
•• Orders will be closed at the end of each year unless a specific ship date is given or unless requested by the customer.
•• Products availability is not guaranteed
